VOLUNTEER
Can you volunteer for Heavy Hitters Pride? We need you! We are looking for volunteers to help with a variety of tasks, outreach, fundraising, event preparation, and much more. Share your talents with us and help make our first Pride better than ever before!
Cost includes:
Cabin accommodations, 2 Breakfast (Saturday & Sunday), 2 Lunch (Saturday & Sunday) Dinner (Friday & Saturday),Snacks and open bar for the weekend, .
Traveling in a group:
You are able to book whatever room is available. However no multiple people in a 1 bedroom king room with the hopes of splitting the $750 cost by 4 people. Each person must have a factored cost for food, beverages and liquor.
How rooms are assigned:
The rooms will be assigned based on when the deposit has been received. The earlier you make your deposit, the chances are you will get the room of your choice.
Couples:
If you are traveling as a couple and want a private one king bedroom, the cost is $375 EACH.

Outside cabin Events: (Cost of events are the responsibility of Cabin Trip Attendee)

ATV Mountain Adventures 1 hr (1 person for 1 hr $67.00, 2 person ATV $107 plus Tax)
The great Escape Room Pigeon Forge (up to 10 players) $32.00 per person

Nearest airports: Knoxville, TN (45 minute drive, Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson Airport (3 and half hour drive) CARPOOLING IS STRONGLY SUGGESTED. as you are responsilbe for your transportation to and from the cabin.

2022 Winter Weekend by Heavy Hitters Pride is a 3 day retreat in Pigeon Forge, Tn. WW2022 is an opportunity for Heavy Hitters Pride to create additional safe and allowing spaces for the Urban Man of Size, Ally and Admirer to network and bond. The weekend will consist of a variety of planned activities, meals and libations.
